Generally, we do not accept returns. However, you can try contacing us via e-mail (ppangstore@gmail.com) and we'll try our best to help you.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What is your returns policy?

Please contact us before trying to return any item. Normally, we don't accept returns but we may exceptionally do it.

Does the item price include shipping?

No. The shipping cost is calculated when you checkout. 

When an item is not in stock...

 

We'll do our best to restock it, if it's an item that we generally sell. If you've been seeing the same item out of stock for long and decide to contact us about it, we can try to restock it.

 

Do you sell new or second-hand items?

 

Our items are all brand new.

Do you sell music albums?

 

No, we don't.

How do clothes' chart sizes work?


These charts indicate the centimeters that correspond to a certain size. If you're not sure about your size, please consider measuring one of your pieces of clothing.

I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?


When you order the wrong size, please contact us via e-mail, explaining the situation. You may be able to correct it if the item hasn't been shipped yet and if the right size is in stock. We recommend that you always check the size using the charts given and test the measurements on pieces of clothing you own. We're always here to help. 
 

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?


Just like returns, we do not switch items. We ask you, however, to contact us via e-mail anyway because we might be able to help you in case the item hasn't been shipped yet. 

The item is broken.

 

We verify each item before it is shipped and we won't ship broken items. If the item is broken, it's not our responsibility. 

How do I track my order?

 

All our parcels have a shipping number. You can follow your parcel here.

Do you have a physical store?

 

No, PPANG Store is a store that works online. However, you may see us every once in a while in events that are related to either japanese or korean culture, in Portugal.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We ship using registered mail. This way, we can ensure the customer that the item was shipped, that it will arrive and its whereabouts.

Where are you located? Where do you ship from?

 

PPANG Store's office is located in Lisbon, Portugal.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

For now, we accept paypal.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, normally within 2 days. However, the arrival depends on where you live. We ask you to keep in mind that there are certain periods in which arrivals may take longer, such as Easter, Christmas and New Years. 

How do I cancel an order?

For that to happen, we'll have to be contacted via e-mail. We'll only cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. 

What if my parcel does not arrive?

We are not responsible for issues that are not related to our service. That's why we always ship using registered mail. This method ensures the shop as well as the customer that the item was shipped and that it will arrive.
